I’m a senior UX designer with ten years of experience turning complex software into something people actually enjoy using.
Right now I’m at ReliaQuest, designing AI features that let people ask questions in plain language and get to answers faster. Before that I led design at ProdataKey, JobNimbus and Xactware, on everything from access control apps to contractor tools to insurance software.
I care about honest research, clear thinking, and the small details that make hard things feel simple.
